Payment is collected upon order confirmation. No order is processed until payment authorization is successful.

Payment confirmation
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with all relevant details. If you do not receive this email within 30 minutes of placing your order, please:

Failed or declined payments
If your payment is declined or cannot be processed, we recommend:

Currency and taxes
All transactions in our store are processed in Polish zloty (PLN) . Prices displayed on the website are gross prices and include VAT at the applicable rate, unless otherwise noted.
If your bank or payment service provider charges currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, these are your responsibility and beyond our control. We recommend that you review your bank's terms and conditions before placing your order if you are paying from an account held in a currency other than PLN.
